Adult Art Therapy

What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is based on the idea that creativity enhances the well-being of everyone. It's holistic – addressing emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual well-being.
With art therapy, you are encouraged to use your imagination and sense of play to explore and express emotions and thoughts that are difficult for them to put into words.
The creative and hands on nature of art provides a safe space for you to express yourself.
