In this group, children (neurotypical) are empowered to physically express themselves in a safe space. Your child will come away with:

• Body awareness
• A better understanding of their bodies’ signals
• Tools to cope with physical distress and improve their emotional well being

Through the medium of dance your child will learn to build their resilience, increase their ability to focus and pay attention. This in turn helps them to learn. 

The course will be led by experienced Dance Movement Therapist Emilia Rubio (ADTA) who has a Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy (TAE) and is a Professional Contemporary Dancer and performer. Emilia will be assisted by second dance movement therapist.
