Simone Goulding
PSYCHOTHERAPIST
For younger tamariki, Simone uses play therapy as the primary method for exploring thoughts and feelings, while for older adolescents, a combination of talking, art, music, games, and materials helps to create a safe space to connect.
Simone is trained in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, which centres on the importance of strengthening relationships to support positive change and healing. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves, but also supporting whānau, school, peer-group, community, and cultural connections. Simone is a Mum, local to the area, and is dedicated to working alongside families to help bring about change.
